Shipping Costs

Within the United States (includes Alaska and Hawaii):
For orders of 1 to 5 items, the shipping fee is $9.95
For orders of 6 items or more, the shipping fee is $19.95

International:
Please email us your order so we can determine the most cost-effective shipping method.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail service. Most items may be shipped to PO boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

When to Expect Your Order

Based on Product Availability and Shipping Speed, your item(s) should arrive within five (5) to seven (7) business days from the day you place your order.

Product Availability:
Most items are in-stock and ready to ship. If an item is not available, you will be notified of when the product is expected to be back in-stock. We will gladly place your request on back-order status, and ship your order as soon as the product is available.

Shipping Speed:
When you place your order, it will usually be filled and shipped within two (2) business days. The USPS Priority Mail usually takes an additional three (3) to five (5) business days, depending on your location.


Product Replacement Policy

At JAZ Innovations, we want you to be completely happy with every item you purchase from us.

Defective Merchandise

We guarantee that your product will arrive brand new and in perfect working condition. If an item should arrive defective out-of-the-box, or become defective within 1 year from date of purchase or arrival, we will replace that item at no cost. In most cases, it will not be necessary to return defective merchandise. Contact us by email at jaz@jazinnovations.com or by telephone at 1-855-845-3698 to report the defect and arrangements will be made have your item replaced. Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

Merchandise Damaged During Shipping

We take great care in shipping your merchandise. If you do receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will replace the item at no cost to you. You must notify us within 7 business days (time limit set by shipping carrier claims policy) of receipt of the damaged merchandise to qualify for a no cost replacement. If you are present at time of delivery and the box or packaging appears damaged, please inspect the actual item for damage before accepting it (the carrier will wait for you and allow you to inspect the item its self). If you received or refused a damaged item, please call us toll free at 1-855-845-3698 and we will handle the damage claim with the carrier, as well as send you a replacement item at no cost to you.
