The fact that he won some county fair blue ribbons for his pies probably sealed the deal. Jim ended his frustration and started his company by inventing the Perfect Crust™ Pie Weight Chain. His novel approach to kitchen safety and convenience has since generated Cool Touch™ Lid Handle Covers, the Oven Rack Guard™ Burn Protection and Guard ‘N Fresh™.

Not only does Jim Huttner, the baker, enjoy treating his family and friends to award winning pies, Dr. Jim Huttner, the pediatrician, is equally adept at treating his patients.
