From the Founder
JAZ Innovations (named after my first three children, Jeremy, Aaron, and Zak) began
in 1993 as an outgrowth of my longstanding love for cooking, and yep; you guessed it,
baking pies. I have baked just about every kind of pie imagined and have even won
some blue ribbons at the fair.
The Perfect CrustTM Beaded Pie Weight Chain was invented after spending years of trying
to bake piecrust with beans, rice, aluminum shot, and even ceramic balls. After all the
difficulty associated with baking a flat piecrust JAZ came up with the idea for the Perfect
Crust Beaded Pie Weight Chain! Since that time we have added the professional model,
a Ten-foot, 100% heavy stainless steel chain that offers more coverage for those larger
pies and tarts for a professional result.
The Cool TouchTM Insulating Lid Handle Covers were designed with the need to eliminate
burning your hands from touching and handling high-tech all metal-cookware. The lid
handle cover eliminates the need to grab potholders or dishtowels to avoid burning your
fingers.
The newest product in our offering is the Cool TouchTM Oven Rack Guard. This product
originated after realizing how many people burn their arms on hot steel oven racks,
resulting in a blistering red burn. With the emphasis on safety, JAZ Innovations worked to
develop this high tech product that helps to reduce burns when reaching into your oven
and accidentally brushing your arm against the hot oven rack.
